An electric three-wheeler called the King EV Max has been introduced to the Indian market by TVS Motor Company. Available at a few dealerships in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi, and West Bengal, the electric car has an ex-showroom price of ₹2.95 lakh.
TVS is providing a 6-year/150,000-kilometer warranty (whichever comes first) and free round-the-clock roadside assistance for the first three years as part of its launch package.
A permanent magnet synchronous motor and a 9.2 kWh lithium-ion LFP battery pack power the TVS King EV Max. The motor produces 40 Nm of torque and 11 kW of peak power. To meet varying performance requirements, the e-auto has three driving modes: Eco, City, and Power.
