This distinctive design, developed in-house over a meticulous 11-12-month period of simulations, research, and engineering, is poised to deliver a game-changing impact on the electric truck industry.
The FLUX 350 employs a stackable arrangement of stator and rotor discs, creating a compact and flattened design. This enables a remarkable torque-to-weight ratio and efficient power delivery, making them ideal for heavy-duty applications like electric trucks. Collaborating with precision manufacturers in Bangalore, renowned for their expertise driven by associations with entities like ISRO and major automobile companies, Tresa Motors overcame manufacturing hurdles that even led some big players in the industry to decline involvement.
The result was a motor that flawlessly integrated Neodymium magnets, offering higher magnetic flux, and a stator lamination stack that was a true engineering feat.
Tresa Motors’ relentless pursuit of excellence extended to stress-testing their creation. Their daring approach of intentionally pushing the motor to its limits revealed valuable insights. The subsequent refinements paved the way for the FLUX 350’s robustness and long-term reliability.
