Stellantis, in cooperation with the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) and its Centre for Innovation (CFI), hosted a Technical Idea Hackathon to generate cost-effective solutions for the automotive sector.
Over 500 engineering students from IIT Madras attended the event and contributed more than 100 creative ideas. Six student teams received a total of Rs 4 lakh for their unique methods to cost minimization.
The hackathon provided participants with hands-on experience with Citroen India models, including C3, eC3, and C3 Aircross, encouraging the development of frugal engineering solutions.
