The reasonably priced “Electra-Revive” four-wheeler retrofit kit was introduced by Sirius Cleantech Pvt. Ltd., which asserts that it was constructed entirely of domestic parts.
Electra-Revive is equipped with a variety of motor choices, ranging from 30kW to 75kW, which are linked to a high-voltage battery pack and powered by an IP67-rated drive and vehicle control unit, according to a statement from the business. The statement went on to say that Sirius Cleantech collaborated with prominent Indian OEMs to co-develop this unit, which is compatible with the car’s current manual gearbox. After conversion, the kit achieves a high speed of more than 75 kmph for commercial vehicle applications and an actual range of 180 km for passenger car conversions, all while maintaining the same top speed. With a 1200 kg payload, the kit can go 160 km.
Additionally, its bespoke batteries with a maximum power of 60kW and a range of around 600km are offered for the LMV+ Kits for an additional cost. The kits come with CAN architecture for accurate data communication and fault reporting for better service and diagnostics, AI-powered enhanced range prediction with driver pattern analysis, an active power management system with an active Kalman filter for accurate power control, proprietary mobile app connectivity that reports live on over 35 vehicle parameters, and a Bharat EV-compliant charging station.
Mayur Parekh, Head Strategy and Finance, Sirius Cleantech Pvt Ltd., said, “This launch is a testament to the determination and dedication of our team, who in a short span was able to put together a solution that will democratize electric mobility, making it more accessible to all, while catalysing positive environmental change across the nation.”.
