The opening of Maruti Suzuki India Limited’s 3,000th ARENA sales shop, which is situated in Ludhiana, Punjab, marks a noteworthy milestone.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited’s Managing Director and CEO, Hisashi Takeuchi, commemorated the event by emphasising the company’s dedication to improving the customer experience. He gave special recognition to the Maruti Suzuki teams and its dealer partners for their hard work in reaching this goal. Having sold about 12 lakh cars in FY 2023–2024, the ARENA channel, which covers over 2,500 cities, strives to give clients a positive shopping experience.

In 2017, the ARENA channel changed to conform to international standards, emphasising design, technology, and user experience. Today’s ARENA sales locations provide a vibrant, technologically advanced atmosphere that meets the changing needs of customers.

Popular models such as Wagon R, Swift, Brezza, Dzire, Ertiga, Eeco, Alto K10, Celerio, and S-Presso are sold through the ARENA channel, with Wagon R being the highest selling model in the industry in FY 2023-24.

Maruti Suzuki’s sales strategy encompasses the NEXA, ARENA, and Commercial channels, providing customers with a wide range of options to enhance their buying experience. With a total of 3,880 sales touchpoints covering over 2,500 cities, Maruti Suzuki continues to prioritize customer satisfaction and create delight among its customers.
