Kia Charge has served as the comprehensive platform for all charging endeavours across Europe, for its clientele, both business and public. The service has more than 100,000 subscribers in a short period, which is a noteworthy accomplishment on Kia’s journey to becoming the leading electric vehicle brand in Europe.
Currently, approximately 700,000 charging stations are accessible through Kia Charge across 28 European countries; 60% of the company’s electric vehicle buyers utilise this service. All in all, users have started more than two million charging sessions using the Kia Charge app or by using their cards.
The company’s goal of giving a wider range of drivers access to electric driving is made possible in large part by the project. It ensures that Kia consumers will have access to state-of-the-art services and technology that will simplify and improve their EV experiences.
“The rising popularity of Kia Charge is proof that the consolidated one-contract concept is exactly what customers need, helping them to easily access charging stations where and when they want,” said Martin Enthofer, Director of Customer Experience strategy and solutions at Kia Europe. “The service also offers full price transparency, without any hidden expenses, for a charging network that continues to grow every week.”
