What you’ll do at Ather:
- Ensure all business aspects in place ( i.e. Manpower hiring, Manpower Training).
- Maintain good relations with Dealers.
- Communicate and determine customers’ needs
- Sell the dealership service capabilities based on features, advantages, and benefits.
- Share and implement best practices in order to achieve a high level of customer service.
- Lead a team of city managers to manage service processes.
- Ensure dealer performance profit guidelines.
- Drive faster closure on corrective advice for field vehicles.
- Conduct regular surveys of competitors in the local market to feed optimization in service process (quality and profitability)
- Prepare and submit accurate zone-wise KPI report by the end of every month
- Spot negative movements in budget assumption and alert management
- Monitor customer complaints and warranty issues.
- Budget for the spares and subscriptions and ensure achievement of the targets. Also ensure timely collection of payments.
- Conduct periodical customer satisfaction surveys and strive to exceed the CSI with different customers.
- Escalate any surge in any field issues to CQA.
- Ensure quick closure on Claim escalation with the finance team.
- Provide technical guidance where solutions and troubleshooting is required, with the help of CQA
- Train the team on the aspects mentioned above.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Fair understanding on expansion of business.
- Product and general Automobile Business knowledge.
- Proven dealer / customer relations skills both in person and over the telephone.
You bring to Ather:
- A Bachelor of Engineering degree or a diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- 15+ years with significant experience in Automotive After Sales & Service operations.
