    Job Description

    Technical Trainer & Facility Management Job Responsibilities:

    ·        Imparting Technical Trainings in automobile domain

    ·        Developing & reviewing Technical Training content of trainings

    ·        Identifying TNI from various verticals and discussion about content with ROI from user dept.

    ·        Coordination with User Dept to identify Topic wise internal /External Trainers.

    ·        Development/Upgradation of Technical Labs

    ·        Budget Planning, Monitoring and control for Capital & Revenue

    Competency Requirements

    Technical/ Functional: Good Technical Know How about Auto Industry & latest technologies like Hybrid vehicle, EV, Flex fuel etc.

    Good knowledge of MS Office, Data Analytics , MIS preparation etc.

    Behavioral: Objectivity , Excellent interpersonal skills, Communication & presentation skills, Achievement orientation, Team player, Networking skills
