JOB RESPONSIBILITY
a. Finalization of Conceptual design, Architectural layouts & Master planning of different infrastructural projects with the help of consultants/all stakeholders.
b. Overall project management of Greenfield & Brownfield projects (Finalize & manage design consultants, PMC, contractor etc. till completion and successful handing over of project to end user)
c. Technical expertise & knowledge of Sale & Purchase of land in mass scale / large parcels (preferably industrial use) with related all kinds of due diligence activity.
d. Site surveying by private & Government agencies, presentation to senior management and mapping of actual site condition on auto cad / MS office etc.
e. Identification of potential consultants / private land aggregators. Selection through standard transparent Tendering process.
f. Liaison with all private & Government / semi-Government agencies at all levels (starting from village, panchayat, rural, urban, district & state level) such as DILR, MBSIRDA, AUDA, GWSSB, R&B, GPCB, Electricity board, sanitation department, Environment, Fire department & others whichever applicable for project & Land purchase.

TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL
BEHAVIORAL
Architectural design background (Level: Expert):
a. Must have hands on experience on auto cad software for Architectural design (good drafting skill with accuracy)
b. Must have worked with any Architectural consultant for minimum period of three years.
c. Involved in multi-disciplinary projects like Hospitality, commercial, retail, Real estate, industrial, healthcare, institutional etc. (Minimum 1-2 projects of each)
d. Knowledge of all statutory norms & compliances pertaining to design finalization & on-site execution.
e. Must have thorough knowledge of all utilities planning & its integration with Architectural design.
f. Co-ordination with all stakeholder & presentation skill to senior management.
Analytical Aptitude (Level: Expert):
a. Must have knowledge & command of Gujarati language (Read, write & speak)
b. Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret drawings, Land data, Government documents etc.
c. Expertise in data analysis and info-graphic visualization using advanced excel functions and Power Point.
d. Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Financial Acumen (Level: Intermediate):
a. Information of indirect and direct taxation and its impact on sourcing cycle.
b. Awareness of the changing rules and its impact on work areas.
c. Able to understand & make profit – loss statement.
d. Budget analysis, monitoring cash flow & MIS reporting to Finance/Legal team.
General Competencies (Level: Expert):

b. Knowledge of tax exemption schemes, e.g.. DSIR benefits, EPCG, Custom benefits, etc.
c. Experience of handling department/ divisional audits
d. Collaboration and coordination with inter and intra vertical departments to execute the tasks.
