As a Senior Business Analyst your work will be :
Finance (40%):
- Lead Operating/Capital Budget LTP and monthly forecast, be capable of costing and budgeting with irrefutable logic.
- Analyze data and delve into details (forecast accuracy, budget run-rate, etc.,) to identify trends and R&Os, so as to provide with resolutions to optimize performance and results.
- Explore and get hooked up to different business spaces, and come-up with conclusions/suggestions for where we can evolve to drive cost efficiency into current studio workflows (business acumen).
- Present and social suggestions/conclusions/resolutions to leadership with critical thinking, and then lead in the execution of them with a desired level of independence.
- Put together high-level analytic reports (cost by program, cost by discipline, etc.,) in support of business strategy framing-up.
Program Management (30%):
- Track the program development status and support the action plan creation.
- Work closely with cross-discipline stakeholders in the studio to identify program execution risk and recovery plan
- Interface with local suppliers and global partners to support special design activities, such as property build/transportation, global design reviews/collaborations and so on.
- Drive automation and smartness into the studio time-keeping system and Work Load Model process.
Business Project Operations (30%):
- Coordinate department OPEX projects, help stakeholders to identify opportunities, and take lead in one of them.
- Implement smart tools and help with their adoption over the studio workstreams to drive efficiency (Power Bi, Project, Visio, etc.,)

Take lead in multiple operations projects those may require deep collaboration with other departments (IT, S/W, Safety, Security, EPD, etc.,), and be responsible for cost/time estimation to meet business objectives.
