WHAT YOU’LL DO AT ATHER :
1. Work with POPS team on planning :
- Work on the planning and alignment on quarterly goals keeping in mind the yearly goals and priorities for the POPS (Human Resources) function, keeping in mind the organization goals
- Map out program charters along with respective leads
- Collaborate with project team on a quarterly basis to detail out all related stories and tasks
- Understand and prepare the true north of any project and program undertaken
- Ensure that all risks and dependencies are discussed, deliberated and captured for each program / epic
2. Work with POPS team in execution on the agreed goals :
- Establishes clear milestones with the swimlane members and track progress on a daily basis to help teams realize these goals
- Works closely on identifying the dependencies and facilitate team members in removing the blockers
3. Work jointly with POPS team and Program Team to retrospect, review and report out :
- Facilitates and conducts effective, open and transparent retrospectives / reviews and management review meetings
- Ensures that accurate progress is reported out during Sprint Reviews and Management Review Meetings
4. Work with the Program Team on Program Principles & Fundamentals and is updated with best practices across various programs at Ather.
5. Work in ensuring that the Swimlanes are highly engaged and self motivated groups with clear focus on true north. Work in ensuring that the teams work with clear goals , have defined metrics, feel empowered, take accountability and work together as a highly engaged team.

YOU BRING TO ATHER:
- Experience of having worked in Human Resources for minimum 3 years
- Applied knowledge of program management skills
- An ideal candidate would have prior experience of using Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive high impact, complex projects across multiple teams.
