We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll and HR Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various HR and payroll-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate documentation within the HR department. Your primary focus will be on payroll processing, HR operations, documentation, and managing interview schedules.
Requirements
- 0-2 Years Experience in Payroll processing and HR Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HR software’s and payroll systems.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify and maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
- Calculate and process salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
- Collaborate with the finance department for payroll-related matters.
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update HR databases, including employee information, and leave records and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
- Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, relieving letters, and experience letters.
- Ensure all HR-related documents and records are appropriately filed and maintained.
- Prepare and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures manuals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handling HR database.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
