Description
We are seeking experienced Executives in handling & Maintaining Store activity for Electronic & Mechanical Components.
Candidates should have experience with SAP HANA 4 Expert with strong expertise in Handling Stores, Logistics, Material Management, Inventory and Procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Inward & Outward of the Materials, shipment tracking, material handling, and dispatch coordination while ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
SAP HANA 4:
- Perform (GRN) processing and reversals.
- Execute (STO) billing, processing, and reversals.
- Manage inventory movements and ensure accurate stock updates.
Logistics & Shipment Coordination:
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Arrange shipment pickups from any location as required.
- Handle customer dispatch bookings and ensure timely delivery.
- Ability to create E-Way Bills and Delivery Challans (DC).
Material Handling & Inventory Management:
- Oversee store inventory management and material handling.
- Perform component kitting and ensure smooth stock transfers.
- Execute STO transfers between plants for seamless operations.
- Knowledge of material management, inventory handling, and component kitting.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Create E-Way Bills and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Generate Delivery Challans (DC) for shipments and dispatches.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
