The role of a Change champion is someone who guides the organization through a massive transformation journey. At Ather, we have driven a lot of such changes (and we have started with one of the most substantial ones, which is deploying the Agile WoW across the organization and are one of the very few Hardware/ automobile companies to have done it globally)
We realize as we keep evolving, we will be having many such cultural, operational, and organizational transformations in future. Hence we at Ather have instituted a team called Transformation Management and the role of a change/ transformation champion.
So if you’re someone who has mostly found themselves/ or eager to find themselves in the middle of some of the toughest problem statements at your previous org’s and have a passion for finding and solving the most substantial org level problems,this is for you. (Experience in Agile/ OKRs are an added bonus but not a must have)
What will I be doing at Ather? (Apart from what has been mentioned above)
On the Way of Working:
- Work with Functional heads/program leads/ PnL leads to analyze current structures, systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of best practices. (Agile & Non Agile)
- Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches and structures as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met
- Lead workshops (Agile & Non Agile) for both development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders
- Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them
- Drive cultural change by championing a cross functional mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices
On OKRs:
- Work with the OKR team to streamline identification and Customization of the OKRs for each part of organization
- Build, maintain a traceable mechanism for the OKRs within a safe agile framework.
- Help the leadership to set the right okrs by aligning okrs within a safe agile framework
- Facilitate and train teams to achieve their Key Results while keeping the overall Vision/Objective of the organization in mind
- Over a period, build a robust OKR driven safe agile organization.
- Set up Leading Indicators for Key Results, so that wastages can be avoided
- Facilitate between the OKR team and the Execution Team (Swimlanes)

- Bachelors – Any stream

- 3-4 years of exp in (Any of the following)
- In similar roles,
- In CoS roles.
- In consulting roles
