Bookings for the IN40 and VM4 models, Creatara Mobility’s first batch of production-ready electric scooters, have opened, and the company anticipates beginning deliveries in a few months.
While IN40 focuses on the business-to-business market, VM4 is more concerned with personal mobility. The models have a range of 150 km on a single charge and a top speed of 110 km/h. They are available in various versions that use 48V and high voltage 72V electrical systems. There are two battery capacities available: 2.3 kWh and 4.3 kWh.
The models have intelligent, flexible, and secure car control systems that use artificial intelligence (AI) to boost efficiency, customize the journey, and increase security. According to the company, they provide interchangeable and portable battery packs for simple charging using current infrastructure.
Creatara asserts that the locally designed and built devices are ideal for a range of commercial use cases in addition to personal mobility. The business added that it has established a plant in Haryana for the purpose of producing the goods.
Although the prices of the two models have not yet been disclosed, the business stated that they will be priced to qualify for government demand incentives.
In order to support the development, testing, production, and distribution of its vehicles, Creatara has raised $1 million under the direction of GEMS Partners. Additionally, it has received funding from Sona Comstar, the Department of Science, and the Ministry of Heavy Industries.
