BluSmart has secured second rank in this year’s Fairwork India Annual Ratings.
With a total score of 5, BluSmart is the highest among the mobility platforms on terms of being a fair employer to Driver Partners.
Fairwork is a not-for-profit research organization and announced their fifth annual study of the work conditions of platform workers on digital labour platforms in India.
These scores are a testament to BluSmart’s commitment to creating an equitable asset-free earning opportunity and safe environment for our driver partners, both men and women.
BluSmart is consciously modelled to focus on Driver Partners’ core skills i.e driving. They are not burdened with owning any assets and maintenance for it. The goal is to create a work environment where Driver Partners feel respected, valued, and are able to contribute their best.
“Driver partners are the backbone of our operations at BluSmart. Our asset-light model enables our driver partners to achieve financial independence without the added burden of vehicle ownership, maintenance, and even charging the electric cars. We understand that the success and growth of our company is dependent on a happy and satisfied driver partner, and we strive to design driver policies and programmes that offer them support and stability” said BluSmart’s Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer, Anirudh Arun.
