The Automotive Electronics Lifelong Learning Programme is an extension of the close cooperation between Antolin and the University of Burgos (UBU) in Spain.
With a cutting-edge programme that trains recent graduates in Electronic Engineering or Doubles Degrees in Engineering and provides specialised knowledge in the development of electronic components, the goal is to cultivate and retain new talent. It will also give access to a rapidly expanding industrial region where there is a great need for qualified labour. Indeed, upon completion of their studies, the chosen students will be able to advance their careers at Antolin, where junior engineer places in its electronics teams are prepared for them.
An international internship at one of the company’s European Electronics Technical Centres, the preparation of a Master’s Thesis (TFM), and a period of academic teaching through classes led by both professors from the University of Burgos and professionals from Antolin are all included in the programme, which is expected to last nine months and is currently in the final stages of processing. Graduates of the programme will combine their coursework towards a master’s degree with on-the-job training at Antolin, providing both academic and practical instruction.
Throughout the course, students will acquire, among others, advanced knowledge in design, development, validation and cybersecurity of electronic systems, working directly with Antolin’s experts and engineering teams.
With this new collaboration with UBU, Antolin continues to pursue its goal of attracting and keeping the best talent to meet the challenges of the industry and lead the changes in mobility.
