Ampere Electric has been preparing for the April 30 introduction of their new electric scooter. It is built on an entirely new platform and will probably be dubbed the Nexus. Ampere will make its debut in the high-end electric scooter market with this scooter.
Several times, the new Ampere scooter has been sighted undergoing testing, and it appears to be a well-suited family scooter. This explains the spacious interior, the long seat that can fit two persons, and the room on the floorboard for a shopping bag. The target client will find the design to be appealing since it is also clear and uncomplicated.
The scooter is probably going to include all-LED lighting and a TFT screen with Bluetooth and navigation capabilities. Many e-scooters in the market now come equipped with these characteristics as standard equipment.
Regarding the chassis, anticipate seeing an underbone frame with dual shock absorbers at the back and a telescopic fork at one end. The scooter has 12-inch alloy wheels and a disc brake up front, a first for Ampere.
